Heavy trailers, campers, or bed loads can make your rear end sag and throw off braking and steering. When the ride gets bumpy, these air springs don’t just hold pressure—they cushion the impact. Each bag has a closed-cell urethane jounce spring inside that engages at low air pressures to absorb road shock and reduce sway. The more weight you add, the stiffer the support becomes, giving you a smoother ride with less bounce or bottoming out. And if air pressure drops unexpectedly, the internal jounce acts as a built-in safety net to temporarily support your load.
Every haul is different, and this system lets you set up your suspension for each one. Adjust air pressure anywhere between 5 and 100 psi using the included manual inflation valves and air lines. Add air when towing or carrying a heavy load to keep things level. Drop pressure back down when unloaded for a softer ride. Each side can also be adjusted independently to even out off-center loads for better balance and control.

Loved how easy they were to install. Perfect for the job that i needed them for. Awesome product , highly recommended them for anyone needing help towing or carrying heavy loads.
Performs extremely well. I have a bed cap and a Dext drawer system that adds several hundred pounds. I also tow a tournament loaded bass boat. This definitely helps balance out the extra load for towing.
It appears to be a popular effective product to level and stabilize the vehicle while towing heavy loads or trailers, but it’s beyond why they would not protect the finished steel bracket parts when packaging the product. The bracket parts are just loose and not protected in any way in the bottom of the box so every bracket part is scratched up, gouged and chipped. I bought the first kit from Amazon and found the poor condition of the parts thinking someone returned an opened package which was just reshipped to me, so returned the kit and reordered from etrailer thinking I would get a properly packaged kit, but same result with the scratched, gouged and chipped bracket parts. If I don’t return the kit for a refund, will have to refinish the bracket parts so rust won’t set in. I find this to be unacceptable considering the cost of these kits. Very disappointed.

The kit was well thought out during design to make for a very simple install. Manual was great with step by step pictures throughout. Adding the air compressor kit was easy & using it via app or remote is slick. All communication with etrailer was prompt and clear. Fast international shipping.
I received the kit and it was missing 2 brackets. The box was damaged. It took a few weeks but I did get the correct brackets. The help I received when I called was great. The gals at E-Trailer were knowledgeable and helpful. I installed the kit and the instructions and the fit was perfect. I used the airlift loader for a 2800-mile trip with my camper and it worked flawlessly.
Well designed and made, and maintains system pressure over several weeks period. Easy to adjust my enclosed auto trailer to level height when towing with my Tundra Hybrid. I recommend adding the braided stainless air lines.
I purchased the wireless 5000 helper system for my new Toyota Tundra. I pull a 21ft boat and a 33ft travel trailer. The Tundras rear suspension set down a little more than i liked. So, i researched helper kits and with "etrailer's" assistance i decided on the above mentioned system. I installed myself within a couple hours and have used for about 1 year now. i haved had great service from "etrailer" and am extremely happy with the product. High quality air bags, reasonable price, a MUST for the 2023 Tundra if you tow heavy, eliminates truck squat completely, installed them myself in 5 hours. I will never own another 1/2 ton truck without having air bags on it.
Arrived quickly as promised! Just had them put on yesterday so not sure yet how they will work but I am assuming I’ll be thrilled.
Kit installed easy enough, especially after seeing a couple of videos. Very nice kit with all included hardware needed.
Incredibly easy to install. Great performance, and have held up to the loads I’ve put on them. My only regret is not investing in the integrated electronic pump and control system for convenience.

I have a 2025 Toyota Tundra SR5 CrewMax 4x4. Toyota installed the Airlifts with the air valves behind the rear bumper. I pull a Venture Stratos 27-foot trailer using a R3E recurve hitch along with these helper springs I cannot express the difference in stability, zero sag and very minimum bounce. I will never own another truck without these load lifters installed.
Finally etrailer shipped them free and I also received them one day earlier than originally stated.
A Few Things To Point Out ,The Directions Sent Should've Been Detailed More Accurate In The Position On The Top Mounting Plates Stating Slotted Holes Are To Be Used To Mount The Plate , Button Head Screws Should've Been Torque Bit Instead Of Hexagonal Head Screws , No TEE's Were In This Kit , I Wanted A TEE So I Could Air Both Airbags At Same Rate .

I ordered these from etrailer for my 2023 Tundra and they were fairly easy to install if you have some minor mechanical experience and patience. YouTube is your friend and there are many great videos out there about the installation. Since these hold a small amount of air, a hand held air compressor fills them quick and getting balanced pressure in both rear shocks is a little tricky. I've found that filling them a little past the amount I need and then bleeding them down slowly works great to get to the accurate pressure I need depending on the load. Wonderful product and I would buy again. etrailer was amazing and had them to me fast after I ordered.
These airbags definitely give me a much better ride due to Toyota using coil springs in the rear. I would have given them 5 starts but one of the airbags inset thread was damaged and I was lucky enough to have the right tap. It wasn't noticed till I had my truck on the lift and the first bag installed. If i wasn't able to do that I would have had to uninstall the first bag and wait for a replacement. I understand these things happen but check your parts thoroughly before installing. I would purchase these bags again if needed.
These bags have been great! I installed them, along with the compressor, on my 2024 Tundra. I pull a 6k lb camper and was getting about 3” of squat. I run 45 lbs in them and it reduced the squat to only about 1”. Great price to fix my problem.
I installed these on my Tundra and did the install myself. Easy to install. The video's on the website are helpful as well as searching on youtube for more videos. I use these for towing our travel trailer. They work great for inflating and leveling the truck and trailer. I would buy again if my next truck did not have them installed.

etrailer delivered these in four days which was a pleasant surprise. The Load Lifter 5000 were easy to install and all of the parts fit perfectly. The installation instructions were spot on as well. I tried to save a little time by leaving the wheels mounted, that turned out to be a mistake, so I removed the wheels mounted on the second side and saved about 45 minutes. The loadlifters perform exactly how I want. They took all of the sway out of my tundra while hauling my truck camper.
